PROCESSING TIME
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
The average processing time for orders is 72 hours for items in stock:
For pre-orders: reservation of items in production, the processing and shipping time for your orders is 10 to 15 working days from the time the order is placed. The average shipping date is indicated on the product sheet of the item in question.
⚠️ This period may be delayed due to production uncertainties, periods of high activity, peak season, transportation issues, etc.
If you order multiple items, including one or more pre-ordered items, the order is shipped once all items are available.
⚠️ Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with multiple shipments for one order because only one shipping label is generated, and this can lead to preparation errors.
Please note that the processing time is indicative and may be extended during periods of high activity: collection launches, sales, Black Friday.
Please be aware that your order may be non-compliant and fall into our computer system IN ERROR: if you have not selected a delivery relay point. We are not responsible for order validation errors and will therefore not be responsible in case of cancellation if there is a stock problem.
When your order is processed by our logistics team, it must be collected by the chosen carrier:
Depending on the chosen transport provider, delivery times vary:
- from 48 to 72 hours via Colissimo home delivery by La Poste: parcel handed over upon signature or deposited at a post office.
- Express delivery the day after the order is shipped to a relay point via Chronopost Express.
However, we remind you that these times are indicative and may vary during periods of high traffic (Christmas, sales, strikes, etc.).
BYSANDRINE cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delivery delay, as it is an external delivery service.
When the package is shipped, it includes a tracking number that is sent by email to the customer.
For deliveries to a relay point, the package is available for 5 working days.
If the package is not collected by the customer, it is returned to the sender.
A new shipment of the package will be possible subject to a contribution to the shipping costs; we do not charge for the return from the relay to our warehouse. If you do not wish for the package to be resent, we will proceed with the refund of the items (without transport costs).
In the event that the package is damaged upon delivery, the customer must check the condition of the order's products in the presence of the carrier and specifically report on the carrier's delivery slip any reservations in case of missing or damaged items. If no annotations were made in the presence of the carrier, unfortunately, we cannot make a claim with the transport service.
It is specified that any change of delivery address made by the customer after the order has been placed may lead to an extension of the delivery time. In the event of a possible addressing fault, lack of information, when registering the order on www.bysandrineparis.com, the carrier reserves the right to return the package to the sender. In this case, BYSANDRINE refunds the items of the order (without transport costs), and the customer is free to place a new order.
