HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

In accordance with Article 121-21 of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of the package. Beyond this period, no return will be accepted.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

• Download, print, and fill out the return form to include in the package to identify the returned items.
• Carefully place the items back in their original packaging with their labels intact.
• Send the package to the address indicated on the return form:

RETURN FORM

Please note, returns must strictly adhere to the following conditions to be accepted and validated:

• The sale labels must be attached to the item and remain intact.
• Items must not have been worn or washed.
• Items must not carry any scent of perfume, traces of makeup, or hair.
• Items must be returned in their original plastic packaging and be in perfect resale condition.
• For shoes, the sole must not show any signs of wear. They must be returned in their original packaging. Be careful not to stick any return labels on the shoe box.
• Jewelry and accessories are not returnable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
• Items on promotion or sale are not returnable or exchangeable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns must be made to the address mentioned on the form; please keep the tracking number in case of package loss, as it will be required.
• No returns are possible to relay points; they will not be accepted or retrieved. They must be made to the postal address mentioned.
• No returns can be made in person; a tracking number is required to trace your return. Moreover, we do not have a post office box to receive packages delivered daily by the carrier only.

If the rules mentioned above are not respected, your return will not be accepted, and you will be contacted by our customer service to pay the return shipping fees to receive your new package.
